I have seen a lot of cool things in my life, but I think the best are ones related to nature. It always fascinates me all the time! Especially sunsets at the beach. Every summer when I go to the beach for a week with my family, I always make sure I see at least one sunset. They are just so beautiful to watch.

I've travelled a lot and seen many cool things. Perhaps one of the strangest is the entire family (mom, dad, grandma, 2 kids, dog and groceries) on a single motorcycle in Vietnam.

I'm a music nerd, so I would have to say the coolest thing I've ever seen (though CA sea lions are up there) is the backstage part of Carnegie Hall. It was just INCREDIBLE. I don't think I'll ever get that image out of my mind.

The number one coolest thing that I have ever seen would have to have been the only rain forest in North America, which is in Washington State. The trees are so massive and there is water everywhere. It is one of the most beautiful spots in the U.S.

I was so lucky to be able to go with my sister to see a sonogram of my niece. It was the day we found out she was a girl, and I was so happy to go with her - I may have cried....

The number one coolest thing I've seen is the e-mail that told me I'd won TBS in a giveaway!
I'm from Argentina, and a lot of these YA books don't get here, or are way too expensive, and to learn that I'd won it... was WOW!
I saved that e-mail ;)
Can't wait till TBS gets here!

The coolest things I've ever seen are the signs in England. My sister went there with our school band. And took tons of pictures. There was one that was showing what was on all of the floors of the building and there were bathrooms on almost every floor. But the best part was one of the bathrooms said acessable. What you can't get to the other bathrooms? I thought that was cool and funny.

With out a doubt the coolest thing that I have ever seen is the statue of David by Michelangelo. I stood there in Florence and the tears just came to my eyes. I cried because it was truly the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. I bought a small reproduction of it that is now in my house. But the real thing is unforgetable.

The coolest thing I have ever seen I actually just saw recently. I just moved to Colorado with me family and I had no clue what to expect when we got here. After two days of driving, I was really tired so I slept a lot in the car. The first thing I saw when I woke up and looked put the window were the snowcapped mountains rising above the city. It was such an amazing sight. Now I can see them everyday.

The coolest thing I've ever are whales. A few years ago, while on vacation, I went on a whale watch boat. It was so cool. It was my first time seeing a whale and I was totally blown away.

Alright, hard to pick one - so I picked two. The first one is the Grand Canyon. Gorgeous! I went camping there after a missions trip that I went on with my church in high school. The second one is seeing Niagara Falls with my dad when we went to my student orientation out in New York.

Gardens, or any kind of place covered with green grass and bright flowers, or moss covered rocks with little waterfalls. Places like that are beautiful. Inspiring even.

The number one coolest thing I've ever seen was when The Red Sox were down 3-0 in the 2004 playoffs and I watched them come back with 4 straight wins and went on to sweep the Cardinals!!!!

If that doesn't count, since I guess it was more a metaphor than the other coolest thing was when I saw the Lunar Eclipse the night they won the Series!!! WOO!

Since I just got back from a trip to Europe, the coolest thing that sticks out in my mind right now was seeing the Eiffel Tower. It was so so so much bigger than I thought it would be and it was amazing to just stand next to it.

The coolest thing I've ever seen was my daughter's birth. Yup, scary as all hell! How dare they put a mirror there for me to see!

No, really, her precious face was the coolest thing ever. She's turning 5 this month. :(

We're wishing for a baby #2 but no luck so far. :(

I've seen a lot of awesome sunrises, sunsets, and severe weather phenomena (such as a tornado I saw in Florida,) but I think I'll go with some of the stranger and unexplained things I've experienced.

- On the day of my 11th birthday sleepover, my friends and I decided to play hide and seek in the dark outside. It was still twilight, and there were no clouds in the sky. All of a sudden, half the sky lit up in a blinding flash. There was a bang, but it sounded more like an explosion than lightning. Everyone screamed and ran inside. Nothing else happened, and the sky remained clear. I was sure something horrible had happened and it would be in the news, but it seemed like no one remembered it but us...

- Around the same time as the party, I had a soccer match. It was a sunny day with barely a cloud in the sky. No one had scored any goals yet, and I remember waving to one of the girls to pass me the ball. I looked up for a second and saw the most bizarre thing. What looked like a miniature bolt of lightning came out of nowhere and struck my hand. It hurt, but immediately I scored the only goal of the game.

- Once again, around the same time I saw another thing I can't quite explain. It started one night when I was trying to do my homework. All of a sudden, I started seeing smoke. I was terrified, because I thought something was on fire, so I panicked and told my mom. But she couldn't see the tendrils of smoke that were all around me. They looked so real, and if I put my hands near them they moved realistically. By the next day, I didn't see the smoke anymore, but it terrified me while it lasted. It never happened again. Maybe it was an eye problem... but sometimes I wonder if it was something else.
